M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment is a fungicide that prevents the growth of mildew, mold and algae on treated surfaces. We especially recommend that you treat your stain with M-1 if your home is located in shady or humid environments.
Not design for use in just water. Must be added into a clear coat or stain.
